Earlier in his career, Dennis served as a full time law clerk for two years in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While in Law School at Temple University, he worked full time for the City of Philadelphia in its Collections Department preparing cases against delinquent taxpayers and then worked for the U. S. Government in the General Accounting Office as an Adjudicator. Since 1978 he has also served as a part time law clerk in the Orphans Court in Delaware County advising three different Common Pleas Court President Judges in estate, trust and adoption matters pending before that Court.
He was previously a member of the faculty at Widener University where he taught both “Introduction to Law” and “Litigation” for seven years.
